Refund policy

At STADO, we want you to love what you order. If something isn’t right, please review our policy below before raising a request.

Return & Exchange Window

  • Requests for return or exchange must be raised within 4 days of delivery.

  • Once approved, reverse pickup will be arranged by us.

  • Refunds or exchanges are processed only after the item is received at our warehouse and passes quality inspection.

Reverse Pickup Charges

  • A ₹100 reverse pickup fee is charged per item returned.

  • This amount will be deducted from the refund.

Product Condition

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Products returned in used, damaged, or unsellable condition will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are initiated after successful quality check at our warehouse.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method, including prepaid payment source, UPI, or bank account details provided by the customer.

  • Refund timelines depend on the payment provider.

Products Not Eligible for Return

  • Clearance sale items are not eligible for return.

  • Products purchased under Buy 2 Get 1 or similar promotional offers are not eligible for return.

  • For the above categories, only exchange is allowed, subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

Damaged / Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Share clear photos and order details for verification.

Order Marked Delivered but Not Received

  • If your order is marked delivered but not received, contact us within 24 hours.

  • Requests raised after this window may not be eligible for investigation.
